Out-of-Network Benefits

At this time, I am not in network with any insurance panels. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits, which may partially cover the cost of therapy. I recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your specific coverage.

I am happy to provide a detailed receipt that has all the needed information for potential insurance reimbursement. Additionally, some clients choose to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for therapy and mental health counseling.

My rates increase annually in January to take into account further training, education, and experience.
