We Might Be a Good Fit If:

  • You find yourself overthinking, anxious, or stuck in an unhelpful pattern

  • You would like to understand yourself, your experiences, and your patterns better

  • You would like help with relationship challenges

  • You want to learn how to be genuinely proud of yourself

  • You notice beating yourself up about things you do or don't do

  • You are seeking a relational, warm, grounded space with a curious and compassionate therapeutic approach

What Happens in Therapy

  • Name patterns and explore how, when, and why they started and how they served you

  • Slow down quick reactions to name and sit with emotion

  • Hold space for nuance in a complex dynamic

  • Use analogies to make sense of complex dynamics (putting words to things that are hard to name)

  • Explore coping skills

  • Be present together
